Why We Started What A Waste
What A Waste started with a simple frustration: valet trash was a black box. Property managers paid for a service they couldn’t see, chased providers for answers that never came, and had nothing to show when a resident disputed a missed pickup.
We thought a service built on documentation instead of promises would change that. So in 2026 we built one from the ground up on a Microsoft platform—where every stop is logged, every violation is photographed, and every night ends with a report in the property manager’s inbox.
Today that’s the whole company. No call centers, no franchise playbook—just a Tampa-based team holding every route to the same standard: if it happened on your property, there’s a record of it.
